VBA is a privately held company based out of Columbus, Ohio and licensed to do business in 49 of the 50 United States. We are a General Agency and Enrollment Firm dedicated to doing business exclusively through the broker community and often referred to as “The Broker's Broker”.

We have built our business on selecting the right products and the right plan designs to match the needs of each individual client. With 30 years combined experience on our management team we understand the market. Every client is different and every need is unique. You can't try to make one or two standard plan designs fit every individual situation.

We have compiled a complete portfolio of the best of the best including a wide range of carriers that have product design for the right market - whether it be weekly, hourly and part-time benefit plans or richer more traditional limited medical plans, dental and vision coverage, or voluntary benefits, we have the right carrier.

Right Service

One stop shop for member services, ongoing customer support, billing, policy fulfillment and renewal management. Weekly and pay-cycle billing is also available for our larger clients. We literally become “an extension of your HR department” by handling all aspects of the plan administration from implementation to ongoing customer support and renewal management.

Right Enrollment
The success of any group will be based on the enrollment strategy. Effective communications with the members, understanding the culture of the client and knowing what works is our expertise. We have a full service national call center with licensed enrollment specialists and an in house design team to make it work. Other services can include on site enrollment meetings, web based enrollment, customized enrollment materials and direct mail options. Automatic roll-over options are also available if you are changing from another carrier plan to ease the transition.
