CUSTOM ENROLLMENT MATERIALS
We pride ourselves on working hand in hand with our prospective client groups starting from enrollment and continuing indefinitely through the life of the group.  One of the key aspects of a successful enrollment is to distribute plan information to potential participants in a form they recognize and can easily understand.  In line with this goal, we offer the ability to customize enrollment materials.  From check stuffers to benefit booklets to enrollment posters, we prepare them with a customized touch.

ENROLLMENT CALL CENTER AND WEBSITE
Our Enrollment Center is staffed by licensed professional insurance agents, ready to assist with your enrollment needs! Benefit Counselors take the time to thoroughly explain the plan options and benefits to the caller.  Members can enroll by Phone or Online through a Customized Client Website. Enrollment process is quick and easy – one phone call or the click of a mouse is all it takes to enroll in the program!  The call center is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

ON-SITE ENROLLMENT EDUCATION MEETINGS

Our In-House Enrollment Team is comprised of experienced, knowledgeable, tenured enrollers able to handle Single, Multi Location and National Accounts.  On-site enrollment meetings are proven to increase participation and give employees a better education and understanding of benefits in a no pressure environment.  VBA can also assist with Core Benefit Enrollments as well as Compliance and Non-Discrimination.  Ongoing New Hire Education/Enrollment can be handled by VBA as well.
