Core Benefit Enrollments

Most enrollment firms offer the ability to enroll the benefits that they are providing.  VBA is capable of much more. 

We offer the ability to meet with every single employee in a comfortable one-on-one private setting. 
During this time we will explain all core and voluntary benefits available to them including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement, vacation or PTO and more.
Offer the employee the opportunity to change, update or enroll in benefits.
Update all census data including social, DOB, dependent status and address information.
Provide a customized benefit booklet for employees to take with them and share with their spouse.
Print customized Employee Benefit Statements showing their “Hidden Paycheck”
Report all enrollments and changes to all respective carriers.
Provide employer with a full report at the end of the enrollment.

 

Single Point Billing (Common Remitter)

VBA will work with all of your core benefit and voluntary benefit providers to establish a single point billing connection.  All carriers, including core medical carriers, can send billing directly to VBA.  VBA will then provide the client with one monthly, weekly, bi-weekly or semi-monthly billing statement showing all products.  Employers can make one total deduction, pay and reconcile one invoice and remit back to VBA.  We will then provide payment and reconciliation to each individual carrier on the employers behalf.  Save time and money with the convenience of adding this valuable service.

Section 125 Plan Management

VBA provides access to and administration for Section 125 Plans including Premium Only Plans (POP) as well as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for Unreimbursed Medical (URM) and Dependent Day Care (DDC). We provide Sample Plan Documents, Summary Plan Description, Enrollment Materials, Employee Education and Enrollment. Employees can use debit cards to access their funds or apply for reimbursement.
